New Port Tiger: Legend has it that during Emperor Jiaqing's tour of Taiwan, he was harassed by demons. Lord Tiger appeared and, after a valiant rescue, was bestowed with golden flowers and the title "Tiger Scholar," making him the only Tiger Lord in Taiwan permitted to be placed on the altar.

Xinyinghu: As the vanguard of the Crown Prince, he has the merit of dispelling pestilence and protecting the temple, majestic and awe-inspiring.
